Tasting Notes: Since 1928, Torres has been making world-class wines and brandies. Unless it is produced in the Armagnac or Cognac regions of France, it must be referred to as brandy. Spanish brandy is unique because it is made from a variety of Spanish grapes and is quite possibly one of the most recognizable Spanish brandies in the world.Jaime (pronounced Hy-me) is made exclusively from the Parellada variety of grapes and is aged using the solera method. Not only is the bottle gorgeous, but the brandy inside is complex and well-balanced with flavors of walnut, cedar and sandalwood.
