It's almost September!  So with kids heading back to school, we thought it was time to bring back our popular "Wine 101" tasting class.

For anyone wanting to up their knowledge of wines, how to taste wines, learn about different grape varieties, etc. this is a great class to start honing those skills.

Ken Bracke our Sommelier will lead this sit down technical tasting.  We introduce students to "The 7 Noble Grapes" - discuss where they grow, their unique characteristics, and then we sip wines from that category.  
It's fun, it's great learning, and really helps people understand a bit more about the fascinating world of wines.

Makes a great gift, a date night, or simply a night out enjoying some wine, new friends and education.

Sign up early as spaces are limited to maximum 15 people. 

As with any formal wine tasting, please have a meal first ( no food is served at this class) do not brush your teeth afterwards, chew gum or have mints as it will alter your ability to taste properly.
