Ready to learn more about Wine?  This is the perfect place to start!  Our introductory Wine 101 class is in it's eleventh year!  We've proudly been providing wine education to  hundreds of novices who are now knowledgable wine buffs enjoying more and more about their favourite beverage each time they take a sip!  Many go on to take more formal wine education, as their appetite has been whetted.  Whether you want to learn  for your own pleasure, or consider a career, this is a good place to try it out!

This is a sit down, "technical" tasting class delivered by our Sommelier Ken Bracke.  In the class, you will learn how to taste wine, about the "7 Noble Grapes", how wine is made, where it's grown and so much more.  Taste and learn, discuss and share your thoughts and findings in a relaxed, unpretentious atmosphere.   We will serve 7 different wines for you to experience.  It's a fun way to learn something new!  Come with a friend or partner and learn together!

We will offer 10% off any wines purchased that night so you can do some homework!

Please note, no food is served at this tasting other than bread as a pallette cleanser.  Please have a light meal before attending.  Do not brush your teeth, chew gum or mints before the class as it will affect your ability to taste.
