Easter Time is later in April this year, April 19 - 22, 2019) and with Spring arriving (we hope!) March 21st, we thought we'd invite you to sit down and taste some wines perfect for Springtime celebrating.
Like a Christmas Dinner, Easter Dinner can be even more varied with what's on the table. From roast chicken and turkey, to lamb, salmon and ham with all the different side dishes like scalloped potatoes, asparagus, brussel sprouts etc. etc. attempting to pair wines is almost impossible.
We will aim to demystify this in the class. You will be able to sample 3 white wines, a couple of Rose wines and a couple of red wines to consider serving at your meal. If it's a big crowd, you may want to have more than one kind!
Join Sommelier Ken Bracke as he tastes you through the wines offering food pairing suggestions with each one. We'll have a few nibbles on hand to try your own pairings and see what you think. All in all, it will be fun, educational and entertaining night out with your friends. Afterall, there's wine and food involved ! Plus if you like any of them, we will offer 10% your purchase after the class!
